S. K. Ling & Tan Advocates started its humble beginning in Sibu Town, Sarawak in the year 1992 before expanding its branches all across the State of Sarawak.

Our firm is delivering legal resolutions, in both conveyancing, corporate and litigation areas including but not limiting to civil and commercial practices to our Clients from a broad spectrum of industries and fields. Over the years, we have been handling large volumes of both conveyancing and litigation / debt recovery cases for various banks and financial institutions at all levels of the courts.
