AIAC International Arbitration Congress 2024

The International Arbitration Congress 2024, organised by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in August 2024, was the first of its kind. 

This successful congress saw legal experts share their expertise and views centered around international arbitration, with an emphasis on regional unity among arbitral institutions, on the establishment of  the courts of arbitration, and on what it takes for an institution to be a leading seat of arbitration. 

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between  AIAC and the supporting organisations of this congress, the Inns of Court Malaysia (ICM) and the Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM), signifying their mutual objectives and strengthened collaboration.
